Will you move my furniture before cleaning the carpets?
For liability and insurance reasons, we don't move heavy furniture like couches, beds, bookcases, or entertainment centers. However, we'll happily clean everywhere that's open and accessible! Most customers simply move smaller items off the floor (like lamps, coffee tables, chairs, toys, and end tables) beforehand—this gives us plenty of room to do a thorough job. If you'd like us to clean under larger pieces, feel free to move them yourself ahead of time (just be sure to protect your floors if needed). Whatever works best for you—we're here to make it easy and get your carpets looking amazing!
